Note to self....

Lactos intolerant girls should not have two slices of EFL Cheese cake - even if DOES fit into thier food plan, and even if it IS their birthday.

I think I'm going to have to throw the rest of it out.

Hey girl....I am very lactose intollerant. I keep a bottle of lactose intollerance pills in my car and at home. My daugthter is too and she takes them at school. I take 3 pills every time I eat or drink dairy. If I don't I am EXTREMELY gassy....gross gassy... rotton egg gassy (tmi)and I feel super bloated. My poor 8 year old has it worse and it gives her the instant poops. Once I discovered that part of my problem was dairy and started taking lactaid....tons better.

EFL cheesecake is too good not to eat again!!!

Happy Birthday!!

I am so lucky I don't have bad reactions to the EFL cheesecake... it completely saves my a$$ when I'm having dessert cravings...

...mmmmm cheesecake (drooling)... I think I'll have a slice tonight :)

Luckily I didn't get sick. That's happened to me with ice cream before and I couldn't eat it for a long LONG time. (Hmmm me thinks that perhaps this isn't a bad thing?)

I was just gross and queazy feeling - enough to make me not want more of it for hmm a day or two ;)
